Happenings at Holly Creek!

Holly Creek Retirement Community enjoyed a trip to Red Rocks Amphitheater to see the Colorado Symphony perform. Last Monday, 20 residents enjoyed a relaxing ride to Morrison with front seat accomodations at Red Rocks! They enjoyed all-time favorites including John Williams’ Adventures on Earth from ET, Berlioz’ Roman Carnival Overture, Barber’s Essay No. 2, Sousa’s Stars and Stripes Forever and Copland’s Fanfare for the Common Man, as well as selections from Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 and much more.

On Thursday, we had 15 residents who went to the Rockies baseball game. They had cool weather and great seats and the Rockies beat the Cardinals in a 4-2 game. It was a fun afternoon taking in a game.

The next trip scheduled is for our folks who enjoy testing their luck. We will be heading to Blackhawk on July 13th! There are so many great excursions and trips that we plan every month. If you would like to learn more about our upcoming events please click here!
