Toys for God's Kids
Toys put smiles on children’s faces all over the world. The volunteers at Holly Creek were recently asked by the Christian Foundation for Children and Aging (CFCA) to produce 400 hundred wooden cars through the “Toys for God’s Kids” program for a trip they were taking to Guatemala. CFCA believe in the potential of people living in poverty. They support and encourage children, their families and the aging in 23 countries. When they visited Guatemala recently, they handed out the cars made by Holly Creek residents. Their story will be featured in the Denver Post this week. To learn more about CFCA click here!
Holly Creek residents have made over 32,000 cars that have been sent all over the world including Iraq, Afghanistan, Haiti and the latest box of cars going to children in Guatemala.
